As a Yank, i have no knowledge or preference to the teams, so i'll be the first blank - based on the list, that would be Derby and my map wil be England (come on, an English Soccer League and no one took England as their home map !!!!! i'm a displaced New Yorker and i will normally take NYC and represent an N.Y. team whenever possible). As for the other options - Esc. spolis, no fog, chained redeployment.
Now - play ball...oh, wait - that's baseball. Well, whatever you say to get a soccer (i know - footbal) game started.
