Round 1 is generally where I’m most flexible as people ask questions and remember they signed up for a tournament etc.

That being said, it only goes so far. PM’s did go out w a deadline for the few stragglers we have left.

But ultimately yes it’s possible byes are enforced.

To be fair, trench escalating round limit should always be enforced, even more so with spanish armada as the map

The last few games were created today that were sent in.

Nut Shot Scott, TheTrueNorth, and benga all advance as their opponents never replied to my PM's and provided maps and settings.

They will "burn" their map use just like they had played it and will move onto the Round of 16.
