If you check when they joined conquerclub, it's all around the same time.

There is nothing to prevent you to not do, but may i ask, what business you have got in a 6 players game as you are joining in to be the last player where the first five are New Recruits, with no completed games...?

Just looking at that game from a regular user point of view, it seems like you were unfortunate enough to ninja join a game intended for a group of friends. I could be wrong and you could be right, but it looks that way.

To be honest, if it were me, I'd not join a game filled with NRs that was just created (unless it's a guide game). Someone systematically joining games vs multiple NRs might be accused of NR farming, so be careful with that. So, the chances are that you're jumping in before someone they've sent the link to. This doesn't excuse the ganging up behaviour, but these are situations where it's most likely to happen and I'm not sure there's really much Team CC can do about it, unless they play more games and there's a pattern.

This is why I think NRs should be able to use the invite by username feature.

EDIT: I did leave a comment, while we wait for an MH to check it out, to say they're not going to get banned (assuming they're not multis.) Don't be telling newbies that they're getting banned. lol. The most that will happen in a first offense is it being noted, and maybe being asked to play fairly with others.

Seeing as they are all new players, who appeared to play fairly once being made aware of the rules, I can not see any point pushing them away from the site.
