I don't remember anyone saying they were
(although admittedly I was implying synthol and botox to be relatively similar )

No synthol is not at all like Botox. It’s straight up poison that causes massive inflammation in muscle tissue and cartoonish (and not natural looking) muscles that are not any stronger than before. Gear does not cause inflammation and does make you stronger.
