This should be public knowledge. I think if you are permitted to take the step of foeing someone and preventing them from joining a game that you have joined then you should own that decision and it should be on the public record.
Its not like you are just silencing their chat to you, your are stopping someone from playing a game.

But if you're actually serious about this, then the answer is no. There is no way for the mods to know who has you foed and who doesn't.
So it sounds like we have a problem......
No, it's not a problem. It's Working As Designed. Your foe list is intended to be the bastion of your own personal choices. Nobody, not the mods, not your clan, not the admins, not even your mother, can tell who you've foed and criticize or question your choices. It's basically freedom of choice in its purest form. The only thing on this site that nobody can take away from you or punish you for.

isn't there a way to test it though...? like if someone has you foed.. you won't be allowed to lets say .. post on their wall correct?
so if you think someone has you foed just try to post on their wall & see if it shows up or not

or am I completely wrong on this...?
Yes, you can test it in that manner.
But we can't test it for you.

just go through and try to post on everyone's wall.. if it doesn't show up.. they have you Foed.
Your Welcome
If you can post on someone's wall then they have not foe'd you, the system won't let you get far enough to attempt to post. When you open someone's page you'll see a message along the lines of 'you cannot post on this player's wall' where the text box would usually be. At that point you're either foe'd by that person or they have wall messages turned off in settings.

It is a problem
There should be a better system. 3 strikes and you're out type deal with foe intervals lasting at: 1 month, 6 months, 1 year
Even restraining orders in real life are time sensitive (usually expire). Criminal sentences expire as well
What you're arguing is that every foe "offense" is equal and should result in what is basically a lifetime restraining order. If enough of this behavior happens, it will negatively effect (I believe it is there now) Conquer Club.
There should be a cool off period for every foe which the user should be asked to at the very least, explain the reason for previous foe and if they want to continue
The longer one has been on CC, the more this would be an issue
I'm also worried that people don't understand how serious foe'ing is. I think CC needs to be smarter than the user and implement what I've proposed
I've also been foe'd a fair amount in the past for friendly chatter which disabling the chat box would have achieved. I also fancy getting a medal for contributing to this site
