Mad - this was something to give a little more "real-time" update since we don't need to wait til the rounds are fully complete to see how teams are doing. CDs necessarily tend to wait a little longer to post "official" results (last game of the last match finishes), so those are fairly delayed.

CD in charge will probably end up staring to update the post with results, I think 2nd round games should be nearly complete.

I hear you bud, and you are right, but I was running tournament for long time in this site and depending the structure of it, it’s not easy to come up with a live result score, it depend how organizer wants to spend such time keeping score and update it, but at the end of the day you can’t publish anything official until it is official.
I have done like you, my own scoring results update, for my clan and can’t publish it since I don’t want to step on the toes of the organizer of such event.

In my personal update I’m updating score every other week from all wars, counting game win/loss as well (even though it has not officially completed), however as an official organizer you can’t put score from « guessing » point of view. That’s the difficulty of being a tournament organizer.

Bottom line, what you have done is awesome but I wanted you to understand the official organizer side of such a competition, not that he/she slacking doing it but more about not having choice to wait the official release to post the results.

oh, definitely sympathetic to the organizers. just threw something together for myself and thought I'd share. wasn't trying to crap on the organizers - that's a thankless enough job already!!

also, fwiw - the methodology used doesn't involve any guessing - just reported wins/losses (often the matches are 5-2 or whatever, so won but not over). was just trying to so something that was easily updated that quickly summarized where everything stood (open to suggestions beyond what's there).

Don;t know how the other rounds are going but after 5 rounds, we have in the Premier Divison LOW 8th ,OSA 9th and AFOS 10th = posssible candidates for relegation to Second Division? , while in the second division A^ 1st, VDM second and LHDD third possible candidates for promoation to Premier Division?

and unofficial Conrgats to LHDD too?- back in the big leagues. Bien.

Of note is the sizeable gap between the (lkely) top two clans LHDD and A^ being promoted to Premier Civison, then there is of the rest of us clusted in close scores: A^ 34 points, LHDD 29, and 7 of us between 12 and 18 points, final score rank still to be determined. A win instead of a loss in one or wo games could have lifted a clan up a notch or two

Personally I am quite happy with RGV ending up in the middle of the pack 5th out of 10

It's likely due to a new player in the line up that was not originally added to the database. This will correct when the CD's add players before closing the war.
