Its going better. I've been cleared to do some light bench press and body weight pull-ups, but nothing too heavy for those movements.

I did some decently heavy rows and went up to 375 for sets of RDL's (holding the weight was taboo for a long time as it aggravated my slat tear)....when you don't do RDL's for 4-5 months 375 is a recipe for DOMS though so that sucked, but its good to be almost back. Shoulder doesn't hurt anymore but its not full strength.
