If by screen name the OP means user name, then I believe that changing it is not allowed.

I changed my name twice before going back to the original. Then I was told I'd used my quota.

I added stars at one point, then changed it to a heart. Tournament organisers started asking me to change back because inviting me to games was a pain, so I did.
