How come the Bannermen is included in standard clan events when it has nothing in common with others?betiko wrote: Clan Realms @ War:

You can’t compare CR@W to other standard events. It’s not a standard event. This isn’t a trophy case for standard events, just showcasing the winners of past clan events.GoranZ wrote:How come the Bannermen is included in standard clan events when it has nothing in common with others?betiko wrote: Clan Realms @ War:

Example... In the Bannermen you can have unequal number of home and away games... something that is against the rules for any other standardized clan event.
Thus you cant brag that you are better when you can have 6:1 ratio in home vs away. Map usage is also another thing that cant fit in any other standardized clan event.
Not to mention that the event is heavily rigged by other bugs as well.
Conclusion, the Bannermen is quite unstandardized event that has absolutely nothing in common with standardized clan events.
So how can standardized events be counted in the same way as unstandardized?

You really think that matters home versus away????GoranZ wrote:

Do you really think that I would waste time to write something that I don't think that matters? Or you are trying to be "smart"?rockfist wrote:You really think that matters home versus away????GoranZ wrote:

Then why enlisting it with other standard clan events. It is limited to 15 players(some clans can make 2-3 teams), the maps distribution is unfair(as long as you attack you can chose only one map for 10 times), home/away ratio is unbalanced. In fact I have problems figuring out which rules apply both on crow and in standard clan events.IcePack wrote:You can’t compare CR@W to other standard events. It’s not a standard event. This.... there are even some assassin competitions, 1v1 and other stuff unrelated to regular clan stuff. This list is just here to remind us all the clan competitions since the start and their winners. A lot of competitions on that list are considered as questionable. But hey, if you don t like said competition, it s not like it s presented as equally important as some other stuff.IcePack wrote:It’s a list of clan event results. CR@W is a clan event.

heck if we want to list clan events that included assymmetric warfare for historic reasons, you might as well include the first two CC olympics (winks ingenuously)GoranZ wrote:How come the Bannermen is included in standard clan events when it has nothing in common with others?betiko wrote: Clan Realms @ War:

Can look in to it tonight if it's not already done by then.IcePack wrote:Someone want to do me an official favor for a project I have going on? Unfortunately I’m to far behind on other stuff to tackle this and need it sooner rather than later.
Clan Leagues - our OP here tracks 1st and 2nd.
Someone willing to research 3rd place and list them for me as well please?
Thanks!!! I might be able to drum up some credits or something for the assist

I don't know if there was ever a set "rule", it was just if there was multiples and we could add a color, we did.iAmCaffeine wrote:I'm assuming it's if you have at least 2 achievements but I haven't exactly examined it.rockfist wrote:I think if you are currently active or appear enough times you get a color. Actually, since i did it myself i can answer.IcePack wrote:I don't know if there was ever a set "rule", it was just if there was multiples and we could add a color, we did.iAmCaffeine wrote:I'm assuming it's if you have at least 2 achievements but I haven't exactly examined it.rockfist wrote:I think if you are currently active or appear enough times you get a color. The difficulty now is finding unique colors, but I haven't exactly spent a whole evening checking to make sure all available
ones were colored, or if there were more available colors.
Just did what I could for obvious ones, and moved onto the next thing on my task list.
