I've heard about the transfer but I was more surprised by the process how it will be done than the sum of the contract. And all that difficulties with FFP rules and La Liga refusal only warm up the interest to the situation.

considering what kind of players are bought for 80-100 million lately in premier league; 222 million for the soon to be best player in the world (now that cristiano and messi are on the sloppy slope due to their age) seems like a reasonable amount as a transfer.
PSG needs a top notch goal keeper and another top notch defensive midfield right now if they want to win the champions league. And I doubt Emery will be the coach that will bring them there anyways.

17 goals in Ligue 1 is equivalent to about 5.6 goals in the EPL, putting Neymar on a par with someone like Everton's Wayne Rooney.
