Still awaiting 2 teams captains...I am working on South Africa and we have someone who has agreed to do it for Sweden/Norway if no one else steps up.

Could we make it Tuesday at least? Believe it or not, I've gotten clobbered with 34 new games in the last 48 hours. My head is just spinning. At least on Wednesday I have a day off, so if the invites go out Tuesday I might be able to have some semi-intelligent input into them on Wednesday.

Not sure I understood the request for names for round 1 - should we be telling you who to invite? If so, what are the settings for round 1?

Yes, that is exactly what I need...who to invite to each of the following games for each team:
Doubles #1 - No Spoils, Adjacent & Trench
Doubles #2 - No Spoils, Adjacent
Triples #1 - Nuclear & Parachute
Triples #2 - Flat Rate & Parachute
Quads #1 - Escalating & Chained
Quads #2 - Escalating & Chained

Still awaiting placements for Balkans, Denmark/Norway, Mexico/South America, Netherlands, New Zealand, United Nations and USA. Everyone else has submitted theirs.
