Prior arrangement made with my group to allow privileges to be grant to SoC group but we agreed to not award any medals, at least not those pertain to tournament.

As this is a CLOSED SoC Academy event and not open to everyone, it will not be eligible for any CC Tourney Medals. It is being set up using this format to make it easier to manage and track. Anyone who would prefer to NOT partake are welcome to advise us so that arrangements can be made with regards to adjusting our schedule of matches accordingly.

That being said, the SoC may decide to set goals and celebrate achievements where there is merit.

The Academy is all about honouring special achievements and reaching goals as opposed to outright WINNING (But Winning the 2017 SoC Ladder Reset, could I guess be considered something of an achievement).

The framework is still in the works and there will be an announcement regarding any special goals that can be targeted and Celebrated by the time we start on the 24th.

7 matches - Bronze
10 matches - Silver
13 matches - Gold
17 matches - Platinum

A player can only win this one time (ie, can't win two Bronze medals)

2nd - 1200 credits (3 months premium)

Thanks for putting such a nice prizes. Is medal for 1st place training or tournament medal? I suppose training one? I doubt anyone will win the ladder streak medal for that is needed to win 21 games in a row which sounds nearly impossible. Even when I had 21 matches won in a row, they were not with 3-0 score from each match.

The 1st prize SoC Training Medal goes to the winner of this round robin competition. It is NOT related in any way to those given out by the Tournament Department.

As for the other challenges being presented ... the Medals that can be earned are for great accomplishments. The Academy Medal is to be cherished as they are not given without merit.
