map : promontory summit
chained, sunny, 30 round limit
4 rounds, best of 3 single elimination(1 flat rate, 1 no spoils, 1 nukes)
final 3 to be determined by most wins per setting(ties will be settled by another best of 3)
final round score resets, round robin most wins...well, wins.
