My yearly membership was up June 5 2017. I thought I would buy it now and I did purchase another yearly membership on May 17. Now my membership expires May 17 of 2018. I lost almost a month of membership for some reason. Can anybody explain why this would happen?

Have a look at your account settings and turn the automatic renewal off. I'd hope it would then display as expected. If not, it seems bigWham is cheating people out of money even more than he was already.

Log out and back in then check the expiration date again. If there is still an issue the way to get help for this type of problem is to file an eticket.

As advised by CM, go here http://support.conquerclub.com/ and log a ticket, it will be quickly dealt with

This is unlikely to be a bug affecting only one member, it's more likely faulty logic in the membership renewal process. It shouldn't just be dealt with by fixing it for whoever points it out, it should be fixed in general.

I logged out and back in, that did not work so I created a ticket.....thanks for the advice guys
