It's not a loophole. It's a normal, accepted strategy when playing escalating or flat rate games on maps with bombardments available.stangboy wrote:Just wondering what other people think about this. Not without precedent -- Diplomacy has the concept of no troops in a region. But if we were to go by that example, then you also wouldn't get spoils for expanding into an unoccupied territory.dakky21 wrote:While I know it's impossible to code it, I agree with him... if you successfully bombard a single neutral, it should go to zero troops and become non-bombardable.
