To be eligible for the Clan Achievement Medal for the MVP of CC7, a player must:

Have played for the same clan during the entire tournament
Play a minimum of 40 games
Play in all 5 rounds of the tournament
Have a clean record with regards to game abuse

These requirement to play a minimum of 40 games is obviously for players who play all 5 rounds. However, some of us are playing only 4 rounds as first round is bye and therefore I think minimum amount of games for players who have chance to play only 4 rounds should therefore be reduced.

With rockfist agreeing I have no choice but to agree as well. The amount of games is based on the percentage of the games a player is able to play (according to the rules).

So, members of a clan with a bye in the first round will be required to play a minimum of 32 games. I'll amend the next requirement too: They must have played in all 4 rounds the clan actually played.

Same thing applies to CC6.

The first round 1 war has been decided: AFOS beat HH (19-14, at the moment).

So, the following round 2 wars start this coming Sunday:

AFOS vs TOFU
ATN vs FAD

This means that the 6 week deadline starts for those wars Sunday, February 19, and ends April 2, 2017.

- The Omega Pantheon has made an important decision NOT TO PARTICIPATE in the CC7!

This decision was not an easy one to make, as we have waited for this opportunity for quite some time now. It has however, become clear to us that the Clan Department Heads cannot be trusted to act in a fair and impartial manner towards our clan.

There have been too many incidences recently of the Clan Department and The C&A Department bending the rules, making new rules, ignoring existing rules and banning our members for unfounded & illegitimate reasons. It is clear to us that the playing field is not level. Indeed many actions have been taken against TOP in an effort to significantly impair our efforts to fight a fair fight! We will not participate under these conditions.

- Our decision not to participate will be in protest of these unfair and unethical practices!

I've stated once before, but I will repeat, TOP is not being singled out.

When other clans, including Fallen have recently violated the rules (in CL7) they have been applied. Going back without re arguing the merits of the case, TOFU was subjected to an exact application of a harsh rule in CC. We chose to continue on and eventually won the competition. We recently noted a rule violation by LHDD and requested a remake rather than a forfeit, but the rules called for a forfeit and that is what happened.

The message I get is that the rules are enforced no matter who violates them.

I urge you to reconsider.

C&A department doesn't care about clans. king achilles isn't member of any clans.
You, Magnus, is following the C&A department enough, you should know it's true.
Also, the offences that have been committed by your clan ( sitting abuse) or by PaulatPeace ( ranching) have been made by other clan players before, and they have been punished in similar fashion, and they were members of top clans as well. Ask around, you'll see it is true.
No one is trying to single out your clan. You want to compete for 1st place ( in F400 or in scoreboard), you'll be subjected to more control than other. Just like the winning athlete are more controlled than the others.

Knowing how TOP values honesty, integrity and doing things correctly, I'm somewhat disappointed you didn't send the TO a PM.

Knowing how TOP seems to have some difficulty in finding rules, I would have been able to explain the (potential) consequences of a decision like this and you would have been able to rethink this course of action before going public. Ah, I forgot, TOP prefers to go public with anything and everything.

One certain consequence is that TOP will not be allowed to participate in CC8.

Other (potential) consequences:

• A ban on privileges for the whole clan for 3 months (or longer)
• A ban on privileges for the clan contacts for CC7 for 6 to 12 months (or longer)
• A ban on TOP participating in clan tournaments for a year (or longer)

Considering the following: "The Clan Department Heads cannot be trusted to act in a fair and impartial manner towards our clan", you're now probably looking at all of the above being applied, and most likely (or longer).

TOP saw that they are not capable for winning clan competitions without using their sitting abuse practices so therefore they signed out like cowards instead of playing and trying to prove that they deserve the #1 place.

The biggest achievement they ever had was winning a war versus #6 ranked clan. Not such an achievement to be so proud of that.

S&M would anyway win our quarterfinals match so it is better for TOP that they escaped before we destroyed them.

I love to win and hate to lose as much as anyone here, but I also know it's not possible to win every war, or win every league. It's not as if we walk around saying the other top clans suck if we win and I don't feel ashamed that we lost CC5. I'm not happy about it, but there is no shame in fighting hard and coming up short. Not competing, is shameful in my book. I hope they compete.
