For what it's worth, I'm sorry for the freak-outs Owen had when I told him that I'd once been asked to join the mod team here. I knew he'd have a several paragraph long fit, with all the usual multiple sign offs, but at the time, I didn't care

His meltdowns, looking back, were partly my fault. I should have been up-front and told him that it was just for the suggestions forum.

At the time, it was amusing to leave that info out as he employed the "f" word against me. Brutal, I know, for a poster longing to be a mod.

Now, I feel sorry for him, and welcome him back- a re-made man.

this literally occurred in your mind. i have never had a discussion with you concerning being a mod or any lengthy discussion at all. we have all, at one time or another, been asked to be part of the moderation team. we have had some horrible mods, we have had some good mods, we have had some amazing mods and then there is andy. no matter who moderates this place, it doesn't affect my life by any sort of magnitude. and believe me, they tried.

so, i literally have no idea what you are talking about, and have read this countless times. i truly doubt that you caused any sort of melt down and i find it amusing that you think you could have caused such a thing, even though it never occurred. this seems to be another of your don quixote vision quests, that you somehow think matters. perhaps by stating that i had some sort of interaction with you or that i was upset by whatever bogus claims you make, it gives them some sort of gravity. i find it laughable that you are now the reason i left. yes, you drove me away. *snicker*
