Tournament requirements

Hello, i'm in 3 or 4 tournys right now that have players without Prem. memberships..... yet, in order to join, P.M. was required. Now people are given a free win and advancing to next round. Is there any way to just have the NO Prem. players kicked out before the random draw takes place at the start of each round ? TY,

I am assuming that you are talking about an auto tournament, they are ran automatically and run as is. The user ran tournaments would not have this problem as they are manually done
