josko brought to my attention overlap in schedule with clan league's second division.
I didn't notice it has more teams, goes longer than premier division. I don't wanna make
some clans play 2 matches on the same day. so, I propose to change the schedule a little
bit, to accommodate second division teams.

overlap is on april 3 and april 17. april 17 is the last day of the season for clan leagues.

current schedule:
round 15 - april 3
round 16 - april 10
round 17 - april 17

change to:
round 15 - april 10
round 16 - april 24
round 17 - may 1
