Pokes, despite an otherwise awful season, finish it with a much needed win against UNLV. And Sophomore RB Brian Hill breaks the single season rushing record of 1455 yards, with over 1600 rushing yards.

And he's the only non-P5 player to make the semi-finals of the Doak Walker Watchlist.

I know you were concerned about the Georgia Tech themed BPotW a few weeks ago. That rivalry is different because it's in-state and a different conference. The real bitter rivalries are with orange teams Florida, Auburn and Tennessee. I've always enjoyed my visits to Tech. My only time in Bobby Dodd Stadium was to see Pink Floyd.
