Poor Server Performance

It seems that 2 out of every 3 clicks are timing out these days regardless of how high the network performance on my end.It has been going steadily downhill and some days seem unplayable. Please address this issue.

i just don't have these problems... but there are so many reports of it, there isn't any way to deny it is happening... i used to believe it was the time of day players were taking turns... however, we all know there isn't an overwhelming crush of players on here at any one time... sigh...-Jésus noir

I can honestly say I have had this problem very rarely, and I am on CC for about 12 hours a day. Maybe there are different servers for different parts of the world.

I also very rarely experience issues on site, Tho I have noticed a little lag the last two weeks on and off or so, it's gone away and I'm back to normal it seems (so far).

My intent is not to bitch and moan about the way this site is managed. I like this site very much and have been a long time subscriber - soon starting my ninth year here. I am just raising a performance issue in the hopes that it can be addressed.

i have a new macbook, and i just go wired in when im on cc. that is the only way i dont get lag, and see the communication errors. no matter how good of wifi you have, if you arent rolling in the 50's on the speed test, you get lag.

it is really a shame how cool this site once was.

maybe more bots would help it.

Don't exagerate, I only have 13.7 Mb/sec internet speed, and never have lag. I used to at the start of the year, when all europeans seemed to have been experiencing trouble, but that problem seems to have been solved.

There is a lot that could improve about the website, but server performance really isn't that much of an issue. If it were you'd hear non-stop whining on a daily basis.
