I don't think the scores reset in any of the olympic tournaments.

looking at the links of each tournament type, there are 10 of them (not just oxen) that only offer that medal combo

But all the others are 8 player tournaments. Oxen is the only one with 16 players.

But all the others are 8 player tournaments. Oxen is the only one with 16 players.

Maybe a muddle up bronze silver medals was speed tourneys. Oxen was casual. Proberly was a mistake, but they more than likely didnt notice until after it started. Which means leave it alone because we signed up knowing only them 2 medals. Think the 30 points is bit of a far stretch for top medal though. Im going to finish with 6 or 7 medals and all the participation ribbons. But prob wont make the 30 points.

Benga loses to General Bax in round 2 and advances, I beat Mookiemcgee and get eliminated - Any tiebreaker that advances losers and eliminates the winners is just absolutely ridiculous.

I went 4/5 my first round and won the second round 3/5 and still finished outside those that moved forward. Even though the two people that are moving on went 2/5 this round and have the same record as me......

Na sorry how do you work consistancy in a 1 v 1 tourney. Lets look at a scenario.
2 players 1 a brig 1 a sarg.

So round 1
Brig meets cook, wins five of five.
Sarg meets major wins three of five.

Round 2.
Brig meets sarg loses round two v five. Total points 7
Sarg meets brig wins three of five. Total points 6.
This the brig goes through. Is that fair.
Lets look at round 2 and change the sarg win.
Sarg wins four of five. Total points 7.
Now who qualifys for round 3. The brig does why because he won 5 of 5 first round. Even though the sarg was more consistant.

Correct, not a glitch, but just poorly constructed. As far as I can remember these same things occurred in the previous condition. Hopefully we can learn from this and make improvements if there is another installment next year.

So im getting downed by wingy for having the same record as the guy I beat.
4/5 and 3/5

He was 5/5 and 2/5 I think I should move forward. Both of the guys moving forward have same record but lost second round.

Yes but because they won the first round with a higher no than you they were positioned above u. And yes i totally disagree with this. But at the end of it who do we complain to. This has been set up as a auto tourney so knowbody will want to take ownership of correcting things like this.

Well i can see it turning into a problem. People will not take on the game loads to be cheated out of medals, lol i been behind this event but dont think i will anymore.
