Re: Political Mafia -- D1, The Session Begins (16/16)

It is not.

So I guess here is the thing. I can tell you the rest of the players alignments. But the more than I say, the less protection I can probably really offer you. cause lets face it, if I out someone as a 3p, that just makes them less likely to vote with us, wouldn't you think?

I really am trying to work with you here and I hope you appreciate that. I am just not sure what more you want me to give. I am confident we have the numbers, I am confident you make our position stronger by shooting a LIB.

You do that, and I can pretty easily organize the / lynch, not out anyone who doesn't need to be out, and we can offer you the doc protection. It seems like a good offer.

Do you know that you have a doc for sure? Do you know roles in addition to alignment?

Neither / or nor I, know players roles.

I am making an assumption on doc protections for both sides. Neither / nor myself have a night action, so I am assuming both sides have a killing role.

Stands to reason we have a doc. I am fully on board with saying we have a doc so if there is a Lib shooter they are hesitant to shoot at you (though if you are a 1 shot day vig that might be a waste of their shot)

Yeah, I'm assuming the sides are balanced as well. Although that doesn't confirm the existence of any particular role.

For the cons, you have a 3p on board and one person who claims that his alignment can switch. So, it's possible that you could lose two of your votes in the next couple of days depending how BG's role works and what the 3p decides to do.

tonk, based on what you know, is this 7/7/2 or 6/6/4? (/ can answer that as well)

I am actually assuming we are currently up on the libs (because BG can likely switch).

You are correct that things could move in the other direction, which is why it is a big win for us to get you on board D1.

So i don't think it is actually even on D1 at 6/6 or 7/7 (again trying to protect my ranks here).

If you are truly some kind of 3p survivor, you probably do not get a better chance to join our side than here on D1 (which the libs kind of created with their desire to start claiming left and right). Not just because you wouldn't be a "Friend of the Conservative Party" and a reasonable lynch candidate, but because as you say, BG could swing and possibly take one or more of our currently aligned 3ps with.

I can only keep offering you olive branches for so long Epitaph1. At some point, if you just aren't going to work with us, I have to consider asking the Libs to try and lynch you again.

I don't mean to rush. As mentioned we have an extension and we are waiting on a few of our own of course.

I do just want to reiterate we are offering a very solid deal and there just isn't really a better offer coming from the other side.

If sides are balanced cons can offer nothing that libs cannot.
If cons started with an extra vote today,as GOT is suggesting
8 cons/6 libs/2 3rd party
Now that he has claimed 1 3rd party is already joined them vote will be 9-7 even if you voted with us epi, so if hes telling the truth, they dont even need you.
Why push so hard for your allegiance if they have the majority anyway?
By GoTs math even if rage didnt show up and vote the cons have this in the bag.
Hes full of it.
Thats why i called them out.
If they have 9 votes, which the following votes suggest,

Then why not call the vote? Even if rage/streaker dont vote t

Why not call the vote? Supposedly they win either way,hes bluffing to try and get epi to back them. They need epi because its 7/7/2.
Got seems to think we started 8/6/2.
Even with 2 missing if cons have 3rd party backup they have the vote no matter what.
I dont believe that for 1 second,if it were true they would call the vote already.

Streaker isnt everyone. Clearly you are pushing a point to absurdity so do your thing. Epi makes everything work better, so we are actively seeking his assistance.

If you have the upper hand right now, why don't you vote endgame for speaker so he can call for votes right away? Either do that or stop bluffing.

How do you guys not get the simple concept that we are trying to make sure everyone is here for a vote? Did you guys have a meeting where you were going to stop reading anything we post?

No we didn't had a meeting, it is clearly evident that currently we have the upper hand and you would lose without those votes, so yeah, you're not in a hurry...

it's pretty obvious you guys want us to put Endgame as speaker so that he can sit on the ability and never call a vote. He's afraid Streaker is going to show up and call a vote.

Streaker might be in a coma but I'd rather we have the speaker power so you guys can't use it against us.

We want the vote called. I do anyway. We've talked enough. I think it all depends on what Epi chooses so let him decide. Noth sides are offering him the same deal so he can decide when he votes.

Exactly, we want the vote called. The problem is that there are obviously some inactive Conservatives, and even if Epi stands by you, you will lose the vote without those votes.
That's why you don't want to give endgame power to call for vote. Simple as that.

Next tuesday we end the day with no lynch if they continue to act like this.

just because it's working against us now (Streaker being afk and the speaker) doesn't mean we can't use it in the future. You guys are begging for Endgame to become speaker because you want the power to decide if you want a lynch or not. I get that. But we're not going to give it to our direct opponent. You'll be able to decide when a lynch occurs and frankly, I'd rather that power be with our team.

We may as well have just let it go no lynch on the regular deadline.
No vote will be called until rage posts again,he is due back day of deadline.
They need him because they do not have this huge majority that GoT is pretending they do. They may have 1 up on us with virus joining them(if epi betrays us) but they need every vote.
Today will likely go no lynch.

Summary:

People from your party being afk.... it happens. If it was normal mafia, someone of you would already be lynched. By not giving us the power to vote, you command the game and wait for inactive ones to return. It may or it may not happen. It may be deadline with no lynch. Next day starts with no new information or only NK's.

I'll stop actively checking the thread, please someone PM's me when the voting is open or when D2 starts.

Did you guys forget we can call a speaker vote?

Epi Shoots GOT- take the vote requirements down one.

Then all we need is our final party member to vote Endgame for Speaker and we've got it.
