Not buying it. Red has attacked you in Asia to establish a base there; green has attacked in Americas for the same reason. You had an unlucky drop and got caught in the middle, but thus far they've had no reason to attack each other whilst their concentrating on their own strongholds.
Apart from being different countries, both premium, around for a long time, never having played before, and actually attacking each other on the 1st round... I'd say this is a normal 3 player game and there is nothing to be concerned about. The art of a 3 player game is to keep out the way while the other two attack each other - sometimes though you get squeezed in the middle and there's nothing you can do. Don't start deadbeating - it just prolongs the game unnecessarily.

Back when I was banned, I like to have thought that I was at least creative and smart enough when making my multis to not make it so....obvious. I'm sure you have a valid reason for all of this though

It's not that hard to figure out... it does tell you in the Rules where to do it. And it's explained how to figure it out once you get there.

There's a finesse about creating the uninformed, yet mildly intelligent persona that you're trying to pull off; it's an art, really. You sir, put bluntly, make it too damn obvious, so much so that it pains my eyes to read how staunchly you want to defend yourself.

Hopefully you get banned sooner than later, that way it'll be easier for me to beat you in the Tamriel game we are playing (I'm sure you instantly know what I mean when I say Tamriel).
