It looks like Waterloo is leaning towards KORT now, so batch 1 (including tie breaker) is likely to be 10-11 in KORT's favor. In batch 2, we already hold a 5-1 lead, and I count at least 6 more games that look like they're leaning our way. I think I would bet on batch 2 ending up either 12-8 or 13-7 in TOFU's favor.

Actually we didn't start a new clan, we just changed our name. So we'll be playing in CL7.

Knew it was coming, despite being told I didn't and then getting a forum ban, nice one. So, is this different to ACE simply because it was applied for as a merge, rather than creation of a new clan, and ACE opted for the latter? It'll be interesting to see how many are making the jump.

this looks more like kort absorbing tsm, keeping kort's record, while emp & aoc was a merge starting off a new clan from a clean sheet. It probably should've been seen as an absorbtion of aoc into empire, would've been more simple for rankings and all.

While I fully understand both clan's decision, it's still a shame to see a nice old timer clan like tsm disapear. Also, would've been more fun for competition's sake to see tsm merge with a slightly lower tear clan such as legion or something of this caliber.

#2 - agreed, it's a shame to see TSM go. I expect they'll keep the usergroup there as social. If a merge had to happen, I couldn't have foreseen it happening with anyone apart from TOFU, KoRT or IA. Funnily enough, a deal was originally on the cards with one of the aforementioned clans, but terms couldn't be agreed. Perhaps LoW too but things don't seem so friendly on that front.
