-----The bottom's falling out. But I have noticed when online. It used to be 180 to 250 online users on weekdays. 350 to 500 on weekends. As the core base is shrinking. The past few weeks. As we get closer to 7,000 on the scoreboard. The number of online users at any given time has gone up. 200 to 300 on weekdays. 400 to 600 on weekends. This past Sunday at 11:37 am CCT/EST US time. We reached 610 users. When we hit 5,000 on the scoreboard. It looks like the loyal users online will hit a 1,000 on the weekends. Weird? I know about the login save. But when you leave CC or are Idle for 10/15 min. Your online status goes away. So that's not it. Otherwise we would have 8,000 plus online users all the time. You think as more leave ,the number of online users would drop below a 100. ConfederateSS.out!(The Blue and Silver Rebellion).
-----I see, in the past. It would be based on the online users over the past 5 minutes. It is now for online users over the past 15 minutes. WOW, numbers are being rigged all over the place now. I wonder how long till the online user number hits 99. 4,000,3,000,or 2,000 on the scoreboard. ConfederateSS.out!(The Blue and Silver Rebellion).

Yep, it started down the slippery slope, with nothing to stop it. I am in the process of purchasing a "risk" site - which shall not be named - and hope to build it up properly.

Best of luck, though I think its a losing investment on today's internet, unless you're just looking for fun and diversion mostly.

Loooool, most CC-competitors out there are former CC-members.
Personally I prefer staying here. I love and am accustomed to the maps on this website. I can't imagine going anywhere else where they don't have 'Conquer Rome'.

yeah, that is my biggest issue with any other site... i love maps like bamboo jack and pearl harbor and Age of Merchants... not to mention some of the old stand-bys... you just can't find that... however, i play on one other site that is getting better... my go to is still CC, despite all the past regime did to destroy the place... thank goodness Big Wham is here with his cajun chips to try and set things straight...-Jésus noir
p.s.-uh oh... was that personal info?!!!

This place was always going to decline and was always declining... Too many people taking themselves too damn serious. Too many cliques. Too many axes to grind. Too confusing for new people. And.... lastly... its a board game people.
