So now even the people who understand the game mechanics enough to become brigadier need a dice complaint thread? I'll consider myself trolled for posting this, not knowing that nietzsche is obviously above this kind of cheap frustration threads.

I usually wouldn't post this, just click away, but I've had a beer or some. I wouldn't suggest you take a beer everytime the dice royally screw you over, though. You'll be at the AA in no time. Just remember, folks. The 0's and 1's that determined you 'won' from some other 0's and 1's really don't matter that much. Let's talk about real stuff, like football or ebola. Where is that disease anyway? Haven't heard from it in a while.

In that game even though I had bad dice all game and my opponent had good dice and all he did was attack attack and everything went well for him, I had 2 shots at winning the game, like I always have even though dice is fucking me. 5vs1 to kill my own player and double cash to go after his unprotected cards and win it anyway but failed the 5v1 attack. Then a round later I was still alive and after he had with good dice again gone after the wrong player and leaving me a 1 to kill, I went for it and was 4vs1 for yet another double cash, this time it wouldn't have been a sure win but I could've worked it out, given his mistakes. But failed the 4vs1.

So I'm frustrated and it frustrates me that it still frustrates me.

Can't I just vent my frustration? I win 10 points per game and lose 30+ per game, and in this case 60. It's fucking frustrating.

All I was saying is that everyone has had encounters like these with the dice, sometimes a lot worse. If we choose to play this game, we can't bother to describe all these situations, or bW will have to buy new server space for the forums. We just let it go, move on and consider ourselves lucky with the reasonable amount of strategic insight we have in our brains to win enough games to make this game fun.

All i can say is that it takes a certain type of player to put himself out there to take on anyone... and risk the 55 points.

this is seriously fucked up, 3 games in a row without a chance of competing due to the dice.

I had to win 11 games in a row to get 90 points over 3000 and I lose 3 in a row due to stupidly unfair dice to lose the rank

this is pointless, seriously. I'll stop playing after i recover the rank and that's it

with this last opponent I've played 7 games total.

I check my dice stats vs him and it's negative, considerably negative over 7 games. Not talking -1%, but -4%, -5% etc. We're talking over 700 troops.

Despite that. I've won 5, he's won 2. But, I've won 60 points, and he's won 67.

I don't see what else can I do against odds like that. The score system is flawed. This makes you go and play a headache map in poly trench to be a conqueror. Or invite new recruits to your games with the promise you'll teach them. Or make multiple biltz accounts. Or invent roomates.

Very few high ranks wants to play speed normal games because they know, even though their skill is good, they know they'll lose 40 points.

betiko carefully kept his score over 3500 for almost a year. Then he decided he wanted to play speed games. He lost 700 points in a few days even though he was winning like 70% of the games.

I'm confused here. What am I to do? Keep complaining? Simply take the value off it and stop playing? Or should I come up with a clever scheme to gain points? What if this was fixed somehow? Rank-restricted games, or maybe a better scoring system..
