I own a house, I didn't build the house I purchased the house. Someone thinks my house is amazing and builds a house identical or very similar. Regardless of whether I built the house or not. My house is being imitated.
This is one of reasons why Lackattack, back in the day, had the blurb start with "Risk all your troops in a daring landgrab" or something like that.
