I would have thought that the notification of a new feature or function would be part of the process when creating one?

On a serious note- As for it not showing up: It's been a little glitchy with the panel interface. So there may have been an update that caused it to show up again for some users. I know mine was missing for a while

yeah, mine was showing up the whole game, which was cool, you could get a rematch going mid game when it was decided... then they decided to "fix it" and it hasn't really worked all that well and is sporadic in showing up at all... i'm sure it will be de-glitched with the next stellar CC update... *eyes bulging*...-el Jesus negro
