The county with the most aids has got to be Washington County, District of Columbia.

They have senator aids, congressional aids, Rite-Aids, as well as a plethora of hearing aids, civil aids, band aids, and class room aids.

The HIV prevalence was 3%, about 10 years ago. I imagine it's dropped since then.
