ACE fresh off its 34-33 loss in extra time to TOFU in the CC4 semifinals is ready to roll against the Gladiators of Noxious in the first round of CC5. Should be a good matchup against some unfamiliar foes.

The winner will face the winner of the Royal Galaxy vs. Headless Horseman matchup.

This is a 41-game war with 14 quads, 14 trips and 12 dubs, as well as a triples tie-breaker.

Default Rules
-Only game types allowed are "Teams".
-Automatic initial troops only.
-All games must be sequential.
-All spoils, except zombie spoils*, are allowed.
-All forts, except "no forts", are allowed.
-There will be no round limits, unless otherwise noted.
-Each map can only be used twice per clan per clan war but can only be used once per game type (i.e. once for triples and once for quads).
-No speed.
-Each clan will pick the map and settings for exactly half of the games.
-New settings that are implemented after the start of the Cup will be excluded from wars unless agreed to by clans on an individual war basis and approved by the TO, as provided the Clan Wars section above.
*Zombie spoils may be included if both clans agree.

CHANGES PER NEGOTIATIONS
- No nuclear spoils
- Trench allowed in 30 % of home games (6 games)
- 12-hour fog rule in effect. No real penalty, just if someone breaks it they need to share in chat what happened.
- No timing out in nukes or escalating to purposely avoid a card.
- Tie-breaker will be on World 2.1, sunny, chained, no spoils
