In the second round, a best of three poly2 series is worth 2 points.

In the third round (semi-final), a best of three poly3 series is worth 3 points.

In the final, a 1v1, poly2 and poly3 forms a series but each game is worth 1 point each.

Triples games are always worth 3 points.

How do you break a tie? I mean if each team were to win all their home maps in Round 1 it would be 6-6.

Huh, I thought I'd covered that. It's now included in the last spoiler: tie-breakers will be settled with three triples games on random, no spoils, chained, fog.
