I think i saw this a long time ago. is it "children under the stairs" super creepy from what i remember.

The People Under The Stairs I take it you also saw it in theaters as a kid do to poor and/or excellent parenting. It doesn't hold up as well these days, but back when I was a small black child doing B&E's . . . man the marketing guys must have hated this one.

Man, I was so close. I thought forever that it was "children". hehe... good to know. I saw that in high school at some point w/ friends. I'll have to look it up again and too, there are so many movies that I thought were extremely scary in the 80's-90's only to see them now and think... "what the hell were we thinking?"
