a. WE are running out of time in this day
b. We spent all of the time this day on zivel-oriented business

Zivel - can you clarify, you can day AND night kill? I'm not sure what you meant by cycle and in your role claim you said vig with day kill abilities and later posted that you trying killing joffrey N1.

My role states that I can kill once per cycle, then goes on to say that I can kill at night silently by messaging StorrZerg at night. I can also post in the vote thread during the day to do a day kill. I have not tried it but I am guessing that if I use it during the day, then I can't at night.

Sorry Kgb, I am got a little confused with the QT and went more on feel than fact there. You are right, you posted it first, but yours was more of a question. Jak was the one that said that we should have each others backs.

Jak sounds a bit scummy for the same reasons that firth got lynched yesterday, but at the moment I have more of a scum read on pretender, and as we saw from firth, being fixated on the throne doesn't guarantee someone is third party/scum.

I'm coming around to Zivel. I think his claim sounds legit, fits the character and may be provable. That said, I would feel a lot better if he tried it out on another top suspect. I agree that crasp isn't a great target, but mtam could be alright.

I see two problems with Zivel testing his power on mtam: 1) mtam could lie and it wouldn't really prove Zivel's claim or 2) mtam doesn't liee, Zivel kills mtam before the day is over and we inadvertently mislynch whoever has the next most votes.

re 77: he's a very tough read. Like I said before, he's scummy even when he's town. I can't vote him this late in the day and expect to get anywhere with it, but we could talk about it tonight or tomorrow.

I have to run and will be gone the rest of the day. Final thoughts:

I'm having trouble making head or tails of the conversation in Braavos. This is where the separate town QT's make things difficult.

I'm playing a numbers game here with the number of people in the dread fort and the suspected roles. Mtam's renewed activity is good to see; I will certainly try to monitor the conversation before the vote deadline today and may still change my mind.

The case against Zivel and others still rings as speculation, and I prefer to make decisions on facts and probabilities.

I merely made a suggestion we work on making a list of people in each city (to go along with my theory of 2 anti-town per city and if we know who's in what city, as town diminish in a city it can leave anti-town EASY targets for us to call out). I also suggested the Iron Throne would be better in OUR hands than the other cities because I believe we have more town in ours than others. Though perhaps that's just me wanting to see what the Iron Throne does for us more so than actually believing a speculation.

jak, I don't get this at all. You say each city has 2 anti-town, but then say the Iron Throne is better at your place. You seem to be obsessing over the throne and look where Firth ended up.

Gah! This is what happens in short days. We get a claim, decide we like it and then flock to the next best thing, knowing full well that person has no time to claim. I agree that zivels claim does not seem like mafia...it would be additional killing power when they already have a kill. I'd like to see a claim from mtam...but I doubt that will happen. The fact that pretender jumped on after the claim is odd. For now I unvote and hope mtam claims to see what he is...and judge him from there.

So a "trial by water" for mtam?

Mtam would need to tell the truth about his character name for this attempt to be successful. If mtam was not day killed, either by his own lie about his character name, or by the fact that Zivel did not actually possess the ability, then we would still need to lynch someone to get the truth of the matter out.

This sounds harsh... and I have a knee-jerk reaction against it, but it will reveal more information than simply lynching mtam.

a. Sorry, I wasn't clear in my post I guess... I meant that what was in the few posts you have made today haven't changed my mind, not that I was voting you because you haven't posted enough.
b. One vote on you rather than jumping on the mtam wagon isn't hindering any pressure. The claim he just made is a bit weird, but you can't blame him for not giving out his character name now since people want him killed with it... so I don't know if he's scum, or if scum have jumped on him knowing he can't really make a full claim... he's in a die if you do, die if you don't situation.
