Well played by Mexico, I particularly liked Herrera and Vazquez in the midfield. They could've scored a couple more goals but they haven't been good lately in the definition zone. Both Peralta and Chicharito missed incredible opportunities.
Ochoa had a save at the end but to be honest you need much more than that to beat any of the three Mexican keepers, it's the position we have better covered. He moved towards the ball first before finally jumping which made it look simple, the best part of the save was not conceding a corner kick.
Next match Brazil, be ready for an upset, historically Mexico plays at its best against Brazil.

very true. you see there is not a good atmosphere within that croatian team, i noticed it too.
Watching their teams in several World Cups they always argue. It is in their nature. I know, I'm one of them.
Sackett58 you don't sound Croatian... you sound like a liar.
Croatian team didn't play according to their abilities... what a rubbish commentary.
Seemed to me that they were arguing with one specific player, a defender that made a foolish play that almost allow Brazil to score, and later when the score was 2-1 he had a clear chance in a header and sent the ball out. But didn't seemed too much, just asking him to be more concentrated. I don't know any Croatian but I know a couple of Serbians and that seemed normal behaviour given the strong character they have.
They should've been yelling at the goalie though, he made horrific plays for the 1st and 3rd goal.

You suck.
He's not been having a lot of time in the pitch lately, Moyes didn't trust him at all in Man UTD. It was not an easy play, but certainly one he can score on. The ball was coming quickly and was about at his waist high, and he's not left-footed. He had to attack the ball with either a particularly strong kick or jump and sent his upper body forward.
I like Chicharito because he's always trying, always there moving between defenders, always with a fierce attitude.
You're only upset because you're going to lose 20 bucks if USA doesn't do better than Mexico.

for few seconds maybe... but nothing serous. After all you cant afford to make many mistakes against Brazil.
Overall perfect playing from Croatian team vs Brazil + host of the tournament. If it wasn't the blind judge Brazil probably wouldn't have won.

Maybe if the American group was as easy as the Mexican one...

Not me, I have sat tv and have the match in exactly 4 channels plus the channels of different camera views. Your dirty poor americans, I mock you.
nietzsche, hook your tv up to the internet so I can watch your world cup stream. And by world cup stream, I mean, the actual TV video footage and not whatever else you may have been thinking.

This is not basketball.
You're just mad because the motherland, Spain, is going to make the finals again (and then lose to the US) while Mexico's not even going to make it out of the group.
And all Frenchmen hate Spain so that explains why betiko is mad.
Incredible, another fucking misstake by the referees, what's worse is that the referee was right there when he dove. How he misstook that for a foul beats me.
AoG for President of the World!!
I promise he will put George W. Bush to shame!
