Take the Tour, USA's Hot Spots 2 [WINNER: stealth99]

This is the second edition of a tourney that I ran over 5 years ago...dang that's a long time ago! But since I like the idea so much and there aren't nearly enough 1v1 tourneys that have a funky theme, I'm bringing it back! This is the first tourney: Take the Tour, USA's Hot Spots

It is pretty much a race to get to the destination that is on the most recent "hot spots" list that I've found. The previous list that inspired this tourney had 25 destinations on it but the best current list I could find has 20 locations. So here are the rules:

1. You will be playing one game at a time. Freemiums are welcome but you must have a spot open to play. Just in case, I will send out a PM a few days before so that a spot can be freed to play.
2. The winner is the first person to get to the final destination. In order to move to the next location, you must win your game. No one gets booted from the tourney, you play your game and with every win you "take a flight" to the next destination on the Hot Spot list.
3. The games will be 1v1, a 20 or 30 round limit, winner moving onto the next destination on the list. All games will be on maps that feature part or all of the USA. My only limit is to exclude the really big maps: World 2.1 and USA 2.1. And I don't want to use the "Arctic" map either. No reason, just don't want to.
4. I'll be generous and wait 72 hours for you to join your game. If you do not join by that time, you will be replaced by a reserve.
5. Settings will be: Standard 24hrs., 1v1, Seq. order, Chained or Adj. fortification, Foggy or Sunny (you never know if the weather will be nice or not) and Random Spoils.
6. I really would like participants to have no less than a 93% turn avg. in order to keep certain notorious deadbeaters from joining. Pairings will be randomly made by Random.org's list maker.
