It will be the first March dispatch, I think it's scheduled for today.
I don't do it every time, but occasionally help raise awareness of the dispatch.
They used to have an exclusive where it was always published there first.
I've tried to find a balance and use it to my advantage depending on my own schedule.
It always gets moved to the thread here, generally after 1 week of being up there.

Sorry for any inconvenience, it won't be every time, and it's something worth bringing attention to every few month.

I'm getting to the brink of not looking at this any more. It used to be so good and thorough and regular - IcePack earned the deserved plaudits of many - but now all I see is an obsolete 1st Feb edition when there have been two subsequent updates.

Dispatch should go out today (I hope). The Dispatch is undergoing some changes and that has resulted in some delays on publishing with recent issues, including this one. Nothing has been IcePack's fault, and if he chooses to release those results here first that's up to him - I certainly don't intend that the Dispatch should hold this information hostage forever. Don't hold it against IcePack though, he's got them ready, it's the Dispatches fault and I apologize for that, but hopefully it'll mean a better newsletter in the end.

Edit: New conspiracy-there is and never was an f400 and now the mods are trying to cover it up!

I did not give you an excuse and I am not one of the few people capable of publishing the Dispatch. Several people lives are quite hectic at the moment so the Dispatch has been delayed, on top of a major overhaul going on.

Considering you do nothing for the Dispatch, how about you either get involved or simply shut up and get some cheese to accompany your whine?
