[CC4] Kort vs TSM (35-25) FINAL 6/14/14

The story goes like this.
On Wednesday- 4 days after the exchanged day- I PM Bruce/Fishy( the KORT contacts) to ask them if there was a problem with me delaying the away games till Monday. Fishy said ok, Bruce was probably busy so I asked Josko via Skype and he said "no problem"(josko is on the other team in all of my away games).
I insisted and I asked again Fishy to push Bruce to say his opinion, which was "no problem" as well.
On that last PM I included Chemefreak( that happened on Thursday) but he never replied.
ON Friday i sent a new PM to Bruce/Fishy/Chemefreak saying that all invites will be send to my mates in some minutes , but not in my games...I said which games are those of course. Cheme didn't send me anything again...I left on Saturday monrning.
That's exactly what has happened, i have saved the PMs as well....make your own conclusion now.

I have them all but not the dialogue with Josko via skype( maybe i can find it in the history but i guess he can confirm it so no problem ).
Edit2: I am in contact with Leehar so I will send them to him to verify that what i am saying is true.

I think it's all ok now Skill, frustrations have been vented and i don't think that anyone particularly felt that you needed to justify anything (initiator of this storm in a tea-cup placed to one side.)
This is a great challenge involving excellent characters it seems.

Hence i would like to ask to you a question...
Can you show me a single occurence of a single personal attack over this thread that may cause this thread to get locked ?

Asking this because;
i am super confused, really needing help to understand things how they may differ and vary from one's perspective to another'S.
mONTHS before, no need me to tell who, called me amazing !!! names, for example he told me "HA go f*ck yourself, HA you are moron, HA you are idiot" bla bla...in a very public threat in clans forum...in a challenge, atlantis VS risk attackers cc4...
I know how this looks hilarious me here like 11 yo boy and crying...I know how it looks but...it is not my point to cry around so please get the point and focus below part as well...

Because mods told me the way how to deal with problems to use the "!" report this post function, i did, reported that post where i was insulted, threated unfairly and so...Someone called me obviously, deliberately, clearly, recklessly, all of those above listed phrases. I followed what mods told me than reported...
Now guess who...Mr chemefreak who deals with this reports, replies to my report with a PM, TELLS ME THIS...

"In clan world, if you like to keep you have got to have a thick skin...." he said and added;
"i personally did not see anything insulting/personal/offensive" he said...

OK KEFFIE ?
Now keep listening please...

How come he is so relax and dares to tell me to have thick skin for offenses that violation carried out over me by soneone in cc4 atlantis vs risk attackers thread, a paid/regular cc member i am, MEANWHILE how come he is this touchy over things which are MANY TIMES LESS and/then what happened to the thick skin he suggested me to dress but why he doesnt dress it ?

I, truely fail to understand this then needing a mod helps me.
I dont want to sound/be disrespectful to anyone unless i m behaved badly, so no offense keffie, but truely please help me understand and please dont tell me this is his style. If you have something else ...

of course it's true, the lad created a new problem rather than solving the old one (which with common sense need not have even been one.. i could be wrong of course). But I think it's unlikely that we get an apology, the chaps with the funny coloured names have closed ranks; they are a clan too after all so they'll back their clan-mate. (as, within reason,they should).
The problem is that by doing so, in a case where every attempt was made by both Kort and TSM to resolve this between them, they alienate themselves from the clans they seek to govern..... (heh that all sounds very important).

So often, it is style and not content which makes the difference.. in this case both have been coloured counter-productive.

I believe you are asking if there are double standards on how the rules are applied to certain players. I think there is a double standard. Mouthy, inconsiderate, disrespectful assholes are dealt with more harshly than other players for the same offense. However, I am completely okay with this double standard.
