A shortened version of the word Motherf**ker. This meaning typically is meant to be non abusive, more of a sign of respect, or a greeting for fellow unsophisticated friends...
It must be stated however, that the use of the full word is an expression of abuse.
- Hey Mofo = Acceptable.
Hey Motherf**ker = Abusive Diss
