Currently I'm really enjoying Lost, House, Grey's Anatomy & Prison Break.
Used to love E.R. but have fallen a bit behind with it.

As for British series/sitcoms, past favorites include This Life, Teachers, The office, Spaced, Blackadder, Fawlty Towers and Steptoe & Son.

But my favourite showing at the minute is Peep Show - absolutely hilarious!

Lost is definitely the best on. Prison Break is just a cheap copy.
