Not sure I understand what kind of log you are looking for? I run a script that tracks all deployment during the game for each player. Although, it is not working with polymorphic settingsnietzsche wrote:SO you have space for that but you don't have space for saving a detailed log (number of armies) so we can have replay?
cool.

And sometimes it's about spacetime.TeeGee wrote:It's not always about space, sometimes it is about time.
He's referring to a game replay log. Similar to the thing you get when you play one of the games in Sid Meier's Civilization series. At the end of the game you click "replay" and it shows you the history of the growth of your empire on the mini-map.loutil wrote:Not sure I understand what kind of log you are looking for?nietzsche wrote:SO you have space for that but you don't have space for saving a detailed log (number of armies) so we can have replay?

So are you willing to perhaps make this script publicly available to the CC community? I'm sure there are lots of people who would love to track their deployment.loutil wrote:I run a script that tracks all deployment during the game for each player. I don't know what it does if you get it working, but I downloaded it and couldn't make it work.Leehar wrote:what does http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewto ... 7&t=123669 do?
Presumably it doesn't work with fog..loutil wrote:Not sure I understand what kind of log you are looking for? I run a script that tracks all deployment during the game for each player. It doesn't have to take that much space. It can even be a third party plugin. The thing is saving in the log the events. I bet my ass that with a complete log there would be many people willing to code the plugin.

But can you know how the attacks went? Say a player starts to attack 16vs12, quickly he's down to 8vs12, then he recovers and wins it.
I recently played a game against betiko that during a range of rounds turned epic. it helped that we were taking turns in RT for that time. I wish I could revive it again and again. (And hear betiko cry again and again)

Do you remember that game I'm talking about? It was the last one I won in balkan. It was fucking epic.betiko wrote:nietzsche wrote:loutil wrote:Not sure I understand what kind of log you are looking for? I run a script that tracks all deployment during the game for each player. Hey bud, i can let you revive it again and again and again as much as you want. The battle royale made up for all your luck in the balkan peninsula games!![]()
I m pretty sure you would do anything to take the dice luck from all those games and put it in that last roll on round limit!!![]()
Back on topic... Dude i don t even know how they can afford to keep all the logs and game chats of every single game ever played. Do you imagine the space required to keep all that? Maybe a good solution would be to keep it for 2 weeks, then it becomes a "normal" archived game.
Or maybe we could have a personal space a and be able to keep a few games archived. Keeping all games with that much information seems useless.
And why do you have to cry everytime u see someone crying?frankiebee wrote:Why always cry about things we don't have.
Some players (like me) would think saving a detailed log is a total waste, and I would never use it. But if Wham would implent it I won't make a topic saying:
Why is there space for saving detail logs and not for 1001 other suggestions that I like more...
