Not quite as over 10000 accounts have been removed from the total count going by allocated membership numbers. I don't know how this works myself, but i am guessing it is somewhere along the lines of multi accounts being merged by number as to not give a false reading on genuine signups

sigh... do a search for user Dancing Mustard or anyone else with a bogus perma-ban... they will be in usergroup "guests"... click on the GO right next to the usergroup and you will be taken to the members in the group... that group lists: 38339 users
