Serb, do the Vipers still exist? I was at the beginning with the OSB's in '95(?) and then saw them win the Turner Cup in 2001.

The Netherlands map seems to fit your criteria - medium number of territories and not too complicated - if I can get that one I 'd like it, but if only the original list is eligible, I'll go for CCU. St. Louis or any other team still open.
