Nah... spent fuel rods on the fifth floor? Hiroshima & Nagasaki? This is a nuclear reactor power plant, not a bomb. There may be overheating if there's no water to cool active fuel rods, but there's no detonator to cause a nuclear explosion.
After the tsunami that damaged the plant, it was hydrogen gas buildup that ignited releasing radioactive steam and waste water into the surrounding environment. There hasn't been a lot of news about this mess or how successful efforts have been to maintain a safe perimeter and secure the site from future leaks.
