How come I am second in order in my 1v1 games?

I need to foe players for have like 10-15 starters vs mine 1-2. Often when I check recent games I see that opponents start like 10-15 in a row vs mine 1-2. I don't remember which year. I played 1v1 speed games during summer. I was second in order in 30 games out of 36.

My mantra is drop, dice and order in my disfavor.

you usual fail in logical thought.. your sample size is far too small... 30 some games? not even a reasonable sample size...

Everybody has good and bad streaks. In my opinion nothing alarming. 5-6-7 in a row now and then, alright, but twice these numbers is not. In a vast majority definately is not.

However I understand your frustration for lack of a logical explanation. On the other hand, obviously it's not your issues. I mean what if what I say is true?

I remember I made a thread the summer I was second in order in 30 1v1 games out of 36. Several players did research. I remember one answare. This is what was said:

10.27.2013 Game 13508862 Round 6. 27 terts and 3 full kingdoms vs 15. He even run another 12 terts. This guy even complaint about bad dice.
10.27.2013 Game 13512912 Round 3. 21 terts + a Village vs mine 21. Round 4 knock out all of one of my Kingdom's. Far over the top.
10.27.2013 Game 13514844 Knock out my Kingdom in round 5 which is extreme. I ran across the map to hit back just to meet his 2nd Kingdom's gate blocked by just as big stack as my main stack. Two extremes.
10.28.2013 Game 13519207 Another Private 1 Class. Noth that his dice were extreme but mine extreme bad. Round 15 he drop 18 troops + two villages. My main stack carry 16.

For Classic polymorhip the problem seem to be, well, dice and being dislocated. My opponents receive +2 area bonus from very early on in the games. There are no way to break in or fort troops in.

05.11.2013 Game 13555800 First in order and opponent got both 3/4 of Ociania and SA. Very often the drop are reverse for me which mean St.holm Berlin fort and no Madrid Berlin + neutrals block the way in. However very hard to catch up with one side dice in my disfavor.

11.07.2013 Game 13564782 Same guy. Me first in order. I don't get a grip what he's doing. I met 4 major stacks. Cen Village, Cen 1, Cen 13 and CR Castle. I managed to take 2 out of 4 major stacks. RoM break out with a 60 stack in round 9. I had singles only in Tri. I estimate top 10 two games in a row. Never seen before. This guy is really fun watch play. Also good in Classic poly. #1 player I've met.

You're not seeming to understanding what probability entails, and it doesn't seem like you've discovered what's wrong with your approach.

I wholeheartedly recommend you Schaum's Probabily and Statistics 2008, chapter 1. Do some of the problems too. It's free somewhere on the Internet.

If you could chart your entire game history, pretty sure your number of starts would even out somewhat to your number of times going second. It happens to us all where we get streaks of extreme bad luck. The bad ones are the most memorable.
