Fairly tame and mostly falls under FAMO - however maybe there is an offence of trolling as he's posting in games in which he is not playing. Is trolling an offence and if not, why not?
It is typically advised to not post in the chats of games you are not playing. If you do wish to post in another player's game, please keep your comments limited to a Good Luck comment or a quick question. Spamming or trolling other player's games is not allowed.
Note: When writing a message in a game that you are not playing, the "Note to Self" button does not keep the message private

If it were just the game he was in I'd just advise FAMO in this situation and I gather that the OP did foe him but that he went into other games and left comments which the OP didn't even know about initially. I suspect that it was only after a comment by the other player in one of the games that the OP realised what was happening.
Its a pity that Corman resorted to such low tactics though and I can see how the Op considered this to be harassment.

Regardless of what he said or why he did it or how silly it was, following someone to other games they are in and posting that kind of thing is the chat is considered to be Harassment and is against the rules. Corman is warned for this.
