Actually, we consider every applicant, regardless of rank/experience. One of our top ranked players joined TOFU with something like 20 team games completed. We are looking for that special blend of personality, maturity, and responsibility, with a nice seasoning of wry humor tossed in. TOFU is much more than a war machine! Seriously, we really do have a recipe exchange. For food, actual food that one prepares and eats irl - that's not code words for some kind of CC secret strategy.... I suppose the best way to say it is that passionate love for the game (yeah, freakns will probably do something with that) counts a lot with us...

Of course! Here is my "secret" breakfast vegan green smoothie recipe:

In a heavy duty blender, combine 1 cup water, 1-2 cups frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and so on - singly or in combo), several large handfuls of spring mix, or any other kind of greens (about 6-8 cups total, more is better) an ounce or two of raw, unsalted nuts (cashews or almonds are nice), blend. Add a couple tablespoons of chia seed, a couple tablespoons of freshly ground flax seed (an electric coffee grinder is perfect for that), and a half cup of pomegranate juice (make sure it's 100% pomegranate juice - no sugar or other juices mixed in!) I usually add the chia/flax/pom juice to my drinking glass rather than the blender, so there is minimal waste of these more expensive ingredients. Pour the blender contents into the drinking glass (you will likely have several refills, depending on the size of the glass) and enjoy! Serves one, about 500 calories, and if that doesn't start your day off right, I give up!

Any nuts at all are fine - they are simply there to add health benefits, not to contribute to the taste. The sweetness can be adjusted by the amount of frozen berries used. Also, using romaine lettuce in place of the spring mix (baby greens) gives a slightly different taste. I always use raw, unsalted nuts - not sure what this would taste like if salted nuts were used - I'd probably skip the nuts if they were salted... [cat raises smoothie glass in salute to anyone who joins her in this micronutrient packed indulgence!]
