Granted, uk still had a lot of time left and should have contacted SuperWang or ZionT directly instead of posting solely in the chat (which, let's be honest, hardly ever happens unless it's your turn).

Also, with this map, the starting positions are standard. Since ukberger knew Gunn's last territory, it could have been determined what the other two were.

One last thought: I see that the game was already created. Should it not be Salem's Switch also? I could break the fog rule in any game where I dislike the map and have it remade in hopes of a better one. That seems silly.

There is no drama here so don't try to create some. Berger did send a PM as soon as he saw the violation occurred (get your facts straight before stirring the pot) and he gave them as much time to post what they did as humanly possible. Down to single digit minutes if I'm not mistaken. We detest using techbicalities but under these circumstances he was forced to guess what they did which is exactly what the fog rule is designed to guard against. You guys offered a remake and we accepted. We actually hadn't even decided what we were going to do about it. We likely would have just let it go...we normally do just that.
