You should be happy that you are survivor because someones with your points are eliminated. You put yourself in that position so live with it.

If there is some League, and winner of the League has 60 points and second and third have both 59 points, so then they play tie breaker for second place, does winner of the tie breaker have right to ask for awarding extra 3 points for winning the tie breaker and therefore win the League by having 62 points at the end?
