To see your version of Grease monkey you may have to click on "Extensions" on the screen you get after getting the Add-ons screen. Or you might just install Greasemonkey right over the one you already have downloaded, to see if it fills in anything you have missing.ender516 wrote:Ctrl-Shift-A will open the Add-ons screen in Firefox. The version of Greasemonkey should be visible.

thank you ender516 for the suggestions.ender516 wrote:I don't know what is preventing a proper download. Here are a few wild-assed guesses:
- Turn off the popup blocker, at least until the script is installed. Normally, when you load a Greasemonkey script, you get a dialog box (which might be construed as a popup) which counts down for three seconds then offers you an Install button.
- You might try uninstalling the version of BOB you have. It may be damaged in some way.
If it is working for you at all, then it is not the same problem. riskibiz can't install the script. Problems on the game page showed up for freemiums with the introduction of ads. Have you updated to the latest version of BOB, 5.2.4?frankiebee wrote:I have the same problem, BOB is not working on game pages
What version do you have? (Check the little number next to the BOB Menu.) What browser are you using?greenoaks wrote:it seems every 10 minutes or so BOB says there is a new version to install. i do and 10 minutes later the red flashing install update is happening again.
the page wont load, neither will the Page 2 link you provide a few posts earlierender516 wrote:Try this link: http://userscripts.org/scripts/source/52341.user.js
(I don't know where you got the 5.2.3.1 thing, but 5.2.4 is the way to go.)
What happens when you try to load the script link? What sort of error or message do you see?greenoaks wrote:the page wont load, neither will the Page 2 link you provide a few posts earlierender516 wrote:Try this link: http://userscripts.org/scripts/source/52341.user.js

i uninstalled BOB and couldn't reinstall it for about an hour. the link you gave me kept flickering from loading to nothing, loading page to nothing.ender516 wrote:What happens when you try to load the script link? Sounds like it might have been a caching issue, either in your machine or at your ISP. Glad it is sorted out.greenoaks wrote:i uninstalled BOB and couldn't reinstall it for about an hour. the link you gave me kept flickering from loading to nothing, loading page to nothing.ender516 wrote:What happens when you try to load the script link?
